CLOVER CHORISTERS 2013 2014 Tuition Rates Registration and Payment Information

RE: 2013-2014 REGISTRATION AND TUITION INFORMATION Dear Parents, Listed below are the tuition rates for the 2013-2014 performance season from September 7, 2013 May 16, 2014. Your total tuition includes all choir related fees. Your only remaining cost is for uniforms and you will receive information on how to order your new uniform in August. If you accept your choristers choir placement for the 2013-2014 season, please pre-register by mailing the Registration Packet forms to Clover Choristers, P.O. Box 5275, Lake Wylie, SC 29710. The pre-registration fee of $50.00 is due by July 1, 2013; this amount is deducted from your tuition. If we have not received your preregistration by this date, placement is not guaranteed. If you choose NOT to accept your choir position, please contact the choir office immediately as there are several singers waiting for an opening. Tuition for the 2013-2014 season is due by August 1, 2013. Information regarding your childs rehearsal schedule, concert dates and the parent orientation is included in your childs attached acceptance letter. All tuition payments are non-refundable. You are required to pay for the season in full, even if your child drops out of the program or is removed at any time during the season. All payments must be mailed or by debit authorization or Pay Pal automatic billing. Payments are not accepted at rehearsals. Families with more than one chorister will receive a 25% discount on the lowest tuition. Please contact the office to confirm amount and pay tuition.

Tuition Payment Options

One Payment Payment due by August 1, 2013 Two Installments Payments due by August 1, 2013 & January 15, 2014. Monthly Payments* 10 monthly payments beginning August 1, 2013 May 1, 2014

* The monthly payment option requires a debit/credit authorization form or Pay Pal Automatic Billing. Payments are automatically withdrawn each month.

If paying by check, please indicate the type of payment (tuition, uniform, donation, etc.) in the memo line. Please note that there is a $35 returned check fee charge.

How to Register and Pay Tuition Use Pay Pal on the Clover Choristers Facebook page Forms and payments may be mailed to address below Mail payments to: CLOVER CHORISTERS PO BOX 5275 LAKE WYLIE, SC 29710 Required Forms ALL choristers must complete the registration forms found on the Facebook page or attached to this email. Forms can be completed online (our preferred method) or filled out and mailed. The following forms must be completed: Family Data Form Medical Form Chorister Commitment Form Financial Assistance A limited amount of financial assistance is available. If you would like consideration for financial assistance, you must complete the registration forms and financial assistance application and pay the $100 registration fee. Financial Assistance is designed to ensure that every child contributes; the amount is based on need and available resources. Season Ticket Options This fall you will also have an opportunity to purchase a season ticket subscription. The cost for one season ticket is $30 and includes admission into the following concerts: Fall Concert, Holiday Concert, Spring Musical and Celebrations Concert.
