A WELLNESS PROGRAM FOR PEOPLE WITH PREDIABETES

Thats not me...why should I care?

79 million people in the US have prediabetes. Millions dont know they are affected because symptoms often develop gradually and may not be noticeable. Some people report no symptoms at all. Prediabetes is when your blood glucose levels are higher than normal, but not high enough to be diagnosed as type 2 diabetes. It is a strong indicator of that you have a critical health issue to address. Diabetes increases your risk for many serious health problems, among them: heart disease and stroke, blindness, kidney disease, nervous system disease, skin and foot complications.

Are You at Risk?
