Defect description No House keeping work done Bus ducts are left on the floor as such and no erection work in progress temporary cable all over the floor Loose foreign material all over the place ex- wooden planks, cable trays, tarpoline sheet, angle , loose bolts. Termination for exaust fan not done and cables left loose. Dust on panel and no house keeping work done. No proper tightning of bolts and few nos of bolts missing. No earthing work done. Air cicuit breaker damaged of panel 2F2 . Tripping relay cover(Vaj) of panel 19F1 not mounted properly. Danger board on few panels missing. MCCB operating handle of panel 11R4 missing. No cleaning and housekeeping done. No earthing work done. Panels with loose bolts found, few were missing. MCCB operating handle of panel 10F1 missing. MCCB operating handle of panel 1R3 missing. Tightning work of doors not done. chipping work in progress and loose cocrete dust all around the transformer. No sign of electrical connection. Connecting busduct tightning work is not proper and its covers are in loose open position. No Eye catching work for eathing in progress. No house keeping. loose cables all around the place. foreign materials staggered all over the place. Strainers all over the floor. No house keeping and cleaning work. Foreign materials like wooden plank, scaffolds, tarpolene alln over the place. No earthing connection for any of the LCS provided.

Earthing of no LCS is done No house keeping. Conduit pipe for power cables not being used and found in damaged condition in which it is in place. No proper mounting of motor covers.
