Scope of services The scope of work of the Tenderer covered under this package shall include but not

be limited to Design, Engineering, Procurement, Packing, Transportation, Transit Insurance, Unloading, Storage at site, Watch and Ward, Handling at site, Erection, Site testing, Painting, Commissioning and fulfillment of Performance Guarantee of entire mechanical, electrical, steel structural, ventilation, material handling and instrument works complete with interconnecting pipes and cables as per the technical specification outlined hereinafter on turnkey basis including civil engineering works. System Description Drinking water system Drinking water shall be tapped from the existing drinking water network and stored in a RCC tank of capacity 20 m3. From this tank water shall be pumped to drinking water over head tank located at top of building. Float valve shall be provided in the tank Drinking water pumping System shall comprise of 2 nos. of pumps (1W+1S) each of capacity 20 m3/hr with head of 25 meter of water column. An over head tank of capacity 10 m3 shall be provided on the roof of the auxiliary building. Water from the drinking water tank shall be distributed to each floor of the auxiliary building through water distribution system. Fire water system Fire fighting system for auxiliary building shall consist of 8 nos. of internal hydrants and 2 nos. of yard hydrants, along with accessories. 2 nos. of internal hydrants shall be installed in each floor and 2 nos. shall be installed outside the building. Suitable tapping (DN 125) with an isolation valve shall be taken from the existing fire water network to feed water to hydrant system of this building. Maximum length of this tapping point shall be 50 m form the building. Maximum 2 nos. of hydrants shall be working simultaneously. Make-up for ACVS system Suitable tapping (DN 50) with an isolation valve shall be taken from the existing makeup water/drinking water network to provide make-up water to the basin of cooling tower of ACVS system. Maximum length of piping shall be around 50 m. Float valve shall be provided in cooling tower basin. Make-up water to AVCS system shall also be provided by extending drinking water pipeline of the building up to the basin of cooling tower.
