Applications are invited from suitably qualified applicants to fill the following positions which have arisen in our organization:

1. NETWORK SUPPORT ENGINEER

Responsibilities:
Hardware UPKEEP covering servers, desktops or PCs, Projectors, Printers, etc; AMH Network planning, implementation of network projects, building redundancies, maintaining an efficient and secure network through the use of best practices and optimum configurations on AMH WAN and LAN networks; Communication Systems planning, developing and maintaining an efficient email system; Telephony deployment and support of PABXs, VoIP, Least Cost Routing (LCR), direct and extensions in all AMH offices; Internet Connectivity Management of Internet Service Provides (ISPs), efficient bandwidth allocation, and Internet service availability, as well as monitoring efficient use of bandwidth; Service Delivery and USER SUPPORT user client hardware/software installations, user training and user incidents support; Technologies promote use of best technologies on AMH infrastructure; CHANGE MANAGEMENT - develops and comply with infrastructure change management procedures; Maintain server room standards; Develop, implement and comply with policies, processes and procedures on infrastructure and user support; Provide office automation and productivity tools to users; Infrastructure security and; Any other duties assigned from time and time. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
? A minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in an IT support/Engineer position in a challenging environment. ? HND Computer Studies, T5 or Degree in Computer Science. ? Posses IT Certification such MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, PRINCE2 ? Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Linux operating systems, Linux based mail systems, LAN/WAN network designs,

DHCP/DNS systems, Windows Active Directory and hardware support.

2. Senior Software Support and Developer

Responsibilities:
Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle. Presenting ideas for system improvements to existing and new systems. Champions new MIS systems and ERPs and provides input and takes part in the change management processes. Producing detailed system or applications specifications and writing the program code using approved programming languages. Ensuring that new programs are tested at all levels including system testing, acceptance testing and parallel testing and that there are approvals and sign-off before commissioning. Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code. Improves operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures. Providing user support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports. Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues. Troubleshooting applications, system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
? A minimum of 3 years post qualification experience as a developer position in a challenging environment. ? HND Computer Studies or Degree in Computer Science.

Hands-on experience working with, supporting and integrating ERP modules and Accounting packages. Knowledge of Pastel will be ? an added advantage.
? Experience web browser/client side knowledge of standards such as: PHP5, XML, JAVA, VB, HTML, CSS, DHTML, JavaScript, and

and others.
? Experience with SQL databases.
