The Website will allow users to register an account on the Website. Each account will have a uniqe url and blog facility. The users can upload Files to be shared over the Internet. Supported files are given below. The user that are online can chat with each other using embbeded chat system. Users can comments on others blog. User can upload his picturs. User can view PDF and power point uploaded file.

Admin Panel:
The Admin can create another admin account and set its permissions. Can manage users on ban them from website. Can set quota for file Uploading. Can Create edite or delete pages of the website. Can manage contents on the website. Admin can save page display order.

Others:
The website will have google maps facility. Search the file or blogs. Website will contain button to share on social media on facebook and twitter. 1 e mail account will be setuped for client usage.

At least 50% advance payment should be made. Payment will not be accepted in installments and Any case what so ever. 15 Days will be given for Beta testing (client end checking / testing), If any error found in this duration, it will recover free of cost. After Beta Testing, Any type of error found, will be charged per visit and fee amount will be depending on error. First Installation of software/Website will be made free, if you want to install software/Website on more than 1 PC or Another server it will be charged extra. In case of the website it will be installed and configured on 1 server for other servers additional cost will have to make. Incase of cancelation of the project during its production the advance payment will not be returned. Kindly read the document carefuly.
