Blue Triangle on Staves | Finale Forum

by greyone58 Mon Feb 25, 2008 12:08 pm I am trying to compose a four part orchestration. A blue triangle shape keeps appearing on the page (bottom part). It pivots on the double lines at the beginning of the stave, flicking on and off the stave as the cursor performs certain actions. by Peter Thomsen Mon Feb 25, 2008 4:12 pm As Far As I Know, it's an issue with Finale and Windows Vista. The blue triangles are related to the staff group brackets. You can avoid the triangles by choosing another staff group bracket. Peter Finale 2011c and 2012c, Mac OS X 10.7.5, Dolet 6 for Finale, Finale user since 1996

Blue Triangle Solution

by lair Tue Apr 22, 2008 6:49 pm This happened when my .ini file was changed. The BAD lines were : MIDIEcho=3...change to 4 to work right and UseUnlinkedColor=0...change to 1 to work right.
