1 329Z - GS all departures nationwide due to National Emergency / 1 1 :00 am.


USA633 A321 had departed, will hold in vicinity of DQO to burn off fuel and
return to PHL.

h330Z- All facility doors locked.

[I345Z - Called Tinicum Twp. Police and requested police presence at facility
entrance. This requested was accommodated. Advised FAA security of request.

|I355Z - Confirmed thru CF2 to withhold takeoff clearance to VFR aircraft.

I405Z - AEA-505 request shutdown of all arrivals. We expressed concern about


international arrivals still inbound. PHL did not want to create another
^mergency.

•J415Z - During telcon with AID CF2 advisory 031 to AEA-530 reference all
Departures stopped due to "National Emergency". Also advised ATD of
procedures for handling military and VFR operations, which we received from the
Command center.

j 4 19Z- Advised satellite towers to keep a list of a/c who depart without ATC
clearance.

1420Z - All satellite towers NOTAM closed.

14402- CF2 called to ask if we could take arrivals.

1443Z- CF2 advised closure of Canadian airspace.

1J500Z - PHL attended airport security meeting.

;1J506Z- CF2 advisory issued reference an ALL airport stop for landings and
it$keoffs.

'1J515Z- Jim Frazier, USAirways called, to advise all USAirways aircraft


^accounted for. Phone number for the USAirways situation room is 412-747-

1730Z - A block of 10 beacon codes (0301 -031 0) were requested and provided
tp AEA-500 for medivac aircraft.

1J740Z - All facilities were requested to contact Lt. Col. Mahoney for release of
: medivac, law enforcement etc. aircraft @ 202-404-5471 .

girport security meeting.
