ITIHEREAS,the City of Pelican Bay, Texas is the assignee and

successor in interest to all the property owned by and in which the

Pel ic an Bay Rec r eat ion As s o c i a t i o n , Inc. has an interest in; and

W HEREAS, t he Pelic an Bay Recreation Association, Inc. by

Wa r r anLy Deed dat ed J uly 7, 1980, conveyed certain of its real pro-

pe rt y to Pelic an t s ay M is s io n Baptist Church. Said deed being re-

co rded in Volum e 6965, Pag e 2 7 6 o f the Deed Records of Tarrant Countyl

Te x qs ; and

W HEREAS, in s aid deed the Pelican tsay Recreation Association,

Inc. r et ained a pos s ibilit y of a reversionary interest in and to such

re al pr oper t y by pr ov iding as follows:

"Grantee irereby agrees by the execution of this Deed, that the

hereinbelow described property will be used only for the pur-
poses of a cirurch or for church related purposes, and irr the
event the said property is not used as a church or for church
r elat ed pur pos es , t he n , in that event, the above described
ir r r r oer f v s ha1l r ev er t to Grantor herein, If the hereinabove
des c r ibed pr oper t y is n o b u s e d f o r c h u r c h p u r p o s e s o r a s c h u r c h

VJHEP.EAS,the City Council of the City of Pelican Bay' Texas has

no objection to tl:re removal of the reversionary restriction on said

pro iler t y ; now t her ef or e.
