Penta Council President Stephanie Muccini Burke called the Twentieth Regular Meeting of the Medford City Council to order at 7:00 P.M at the Howard F. Alden Memorial Auditorium, Medford City Hall.

ROLL CALL SALUTE TO THE FLAG RECORDS


The Records of the Meeting of June 3, 2008 were passed to Councillor Marks MOTIONS, ORDERS AND RESOLUTIONS 08-430-Offered by Councillor Marks Be It Resolved that the chain link fence at the dead end of Sherman Court which is owned by the City be replaced in the interest of public safety 08-429-Offered by Vice President Lungo-Koehn Be it resolved that the Medford Park League Program be discussed. Be it further resolved that the program be reinstated. We are at a place in time when some families cannot afford to send their children to any camp, no matter home much it cost, so the city should continue to provide this one resource to our children.

These funds are available from the existing Sale of Real Estate, but will need to be reimbursed from the projected sales of municipal property expected by the end of the fiscal year.
