I am in trouble and wish to know if I cud not present my OBC Certificate when required,they(Insurance sector+Banks) would treat me as general candidate OR cancel my candidature for the job applied. Also confused with present creamy layer limit. (Is it 600000 Rs.or not?) plz mention can i apply for the certificate at present, if possible, SINCE,I wud be moved into creamy layer limit after a few months,hence no reservation. So, May I apply as OBC category? I am eagerly waiting for ur reply,plz clarify my doubts. THANKS in advance
