A seasoned banker with over six years experience in the banking industry which spanned several aspects of banking including Business Development, Sales and Marketing, Banking Operations, Treasury Operations and Customer Service. Adedoyin has undergone several trainings in Credit and Risk Management, Sales and Sales Management, Business Development and many others. Also during his stay in Zenith Bank, Adedoyin was a branch training officer. He was also part of the team
that started a retail branch of Zenith and helped grow the branch which made the branch broke even under 3-months of operations. He is very versatile in the areas of development, design, and implementation of marketing programs, processes and activities of holistic approach to marketing, sales and sales management. He is a Managing Partner in Insel and is also responsible for the Marketing and Sales as well as Advisory Services Business Units of the firm. He is a versatile facilitator and strategy advisor. Kayode Olufemi-Ayoola A radio presenter and NCFE UK Certified Executive Coach (recognized by the International Coaching Federation) with over 3,000 hours of active coaching; An Expert Career Adviser with over 14,000 hours of career advisory services spanning 7 plus years. One of his passions is helping corporate organizations create functional coaching cultures and helping the innovation and concept-to-market processes of business start-ups; he has inspired thousands to reach personal and professional fulfillment and transform their careers. Using individual and group coaching methodologies, conducting hands-on workshops and seminars and consulting with organizations, he coaches his clients to advance up the corporate ladder quickly, and love the job they have.
