What can i do with empty liquor bottles?

I have about 50 empty "Three Olives" bottles. they are all grape flavor bottles and they are all 1.75 liter. My buddy was going to use them at his wedding by cutting the bottom out and putting candles in, but now he has changed his mind. My collection has gotten to the point where i feel bad throwing it out and i want ideas on what to do with it. water and color is not good enough. i want creative ideas. Can anyone help? thanks!

Soak them in water so the labels peel off, then post labels on something (like a tag or something). Or put them on a wall or something. But if you end up not needing them RECYCLE them and help the world out a little bit.

hang them in a tree. they make pretty sounds when rain hits them. like in the movie ray. there are lots of things you can do with empty glass bottles. you can turn them into glass tumblers or whiskey glasses, recycle them, or fill them up with various levels of water and make an upright xylophone.

20% 2 Votes j 1) Soak off the labels in cold water (warm water will affect the print) 2) Purchase a lot of raw candle-wax + strong and tweeny safety-pins. 3) Heat the wax, catch it at boiling-point,remove fast from heat. 4) Cut strings, 2cm longer than bottle-height. 5)fasten pin to extra 2 cm.of each length of string 6) \drop string into bottles, pin at base; sellotape other end to bottle-neck. 7) Using funnel pour hot (NOT boiling wax into each clean bottle containing string. 8) Wait..about 1 and 1/2 hours so thickest width of candle in bottle is set..refrigerate when warm if wished (not freezer-effects contraction). 9) When candle ottled and well-set, take thick cloth and in sfe place, give bottle-with-candle firm hard single bash upon very hard surface to break bottle into heavy thick fabric. 10). VERY carefully, pick off (gloves) broken glassand shards. 11) Pritt-Stick dried labels onto lovely bottle-candles - Unique. 12) Remove pins and cut string level with candle-base. You can alter order of method here to suit, but NOT temperature, glass-precautions. Clean up properly - dispose of glass sensibly. You might think to purchase wine-colourd wax or to colour with wax-dye. Sell to High Street Posh Winestores or do/give/ sell whatever which way, Method can be used bypoor students for fast-money if restaurants will save ketchup, mayo, etc bottles.

Well, you asked for creative idea.... it does work,,Krug, Moet Chandon okay for personal frou-frous.
