We are looking for Project Managers who can help us continue amazing our clients and contributing to the best working environment in the region. What about the role? NITES is looking for capable project managers with at least 1-3 years relevant experience who are keen to grow their technical and consulting skills in a rapidly expanding company. We are looking for project managers who are capable of working directly with clients on customer facing projects to deliver the many benefits of solutions. Youll work with friendly and smart colleagues in the multinational team, working predominantly in telecommunication or/and energy industry located in Banja Luka and RS. Skills and Rquirements Responsible for project-managing complex/large-scale software implementation. Co-ordination of pre-implementation work (pre-sale, tender document preparation) Working closely with the R&D division to identify and allocate required resources to a project Implementation of all contract terms and service levels related to new product installations Responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget Coordinating all project stakeholders, including 3rd parties and customers, to ensure a synchronized implementation.
