About the Soapy Cauldron

Founded in April, 2006, The Soapy Cauldron was borne of one toddlers need for sensitive skincare. After countless and ineffective products and preparations were shoved at us from all directions, I started to research a more natural and home-grown approach. We discovered the fantastic properties of Oatmeal and weve not looked back! We source our products as close to home as possible with the vast majority coming from the UK. As we make every bath and body product we sell, we know exactly what goes into them. We shun harsh ingredients such as SLS, MPG and Parabens and embrace natural ingredients. We believe that sensitive skin shouldnt be boring after all, no-one asked for it! We provide the happy medium between harsh, over perfumed products and dull, boring, scentless items (which often contain the harsh chemicals we avoid!) We opened our first shop in Hove, East Sussex in May 2010 and havent looked back since.

Ordering is Easy!
Simply let your Consultant know which items youd like to order and theyll do all the hard work for you. We offer a delivery timescale of around 10 working days (may be extended during peak periods, Christmas etc) from the date your consultant places the order so be sure to check with them. They are usually delivered to your hostess. We accept payment when the order is placed via Cash. Please check with your consultant for the availability of PayPal, Cheque or Credit/Debit Card payments. Should you change your mind please contact your Consultant within 14 days of receiving your product to request a refund or exchange. Items must be in the original condition you received them, i.e. sealed and unused. In the case of items you believe to be faulty you should contact us direct on 01273 416479 or admin@thesoapycauldron.co.uk
