The Employment Resource Services (ERS) is a non-profit service supported by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.. It has been in existence for over ten (10) years ow in the Philippines. Thousands of job seekers and hundreds of companies have benefited from the free services of the ERS worldwide. ERS Centers currently exist in more than a dozen different countries with over 200 offices worldwide. These countries include the United States of America, Chile, Peru, Hong Kong and Brazil, among others. The main purpose, where there are operating Centers, search for local employment, education and business opportunities and resources. The Centers provide the following services, among others, for free: Free advertisement of manpower requirements from entry level to officer level positions, or other opportunities in your organization. Free access to our website www.providentliving.org to post your manpower requirements and look at other complied by the center. Free use of our facility to conduct interviews or recruitment events such as job fairs. Our organization fosters self-reliance in people. We believe that people are empowered through self-reliance. We know that, as people become able to prodive for their needs and those of their family's, they will be in a better position to serve others. They will become productive and good citizens of our nation. Thus, contributing to the building of a progressive country.

In is in the essence of our slogan of Developing People, Programs and Projects that we reach -out to you to be accredited as an employment-partner for a government-organized JOB FAIR.

In line with this, we propose that TDS conduct, a career activity in your locality on February 27, 2009 Friday from 8:30am to 4:00pm at <Partner Venue>. This Project will be a Call Center Jobfair to be made possible in coordination with your office,<PARTNER> .and TeleDevelopment Services Inc. This is to bring the application and screening process to the applicants with the main purpose of creating jobs and training to the residents of the Province of Rizal. Our exclusive career activity process involves on-site testing of candidates skills on spoken & written English. We have streamlined our recruitment process that by the time an applicant leaves the career activity site he would have feedback and has an idea if he has good chances to qualify. Training will also be provided by Incomtec Phils., Inc. for those candidates that will be determined near hires. Our only request from your office is for yor approval through PESO and to help promote, market, and advertise the activity and of course help us in inviting the participation of various districts through coordination with District / Barangay Officials.
