Tools: Drill corded 1.5diameter fast speed drill bit (drill bit 1) Phillips screw driver drill bit 3/8 drill bit (drill bit 2) You also need a drill bit smaller diameter than hex screw for pre-drilling holes for installation (drill bit 3) Stud finder Optional: Sand paper, sander Table saw Wood stain Polyurethane Brushes

Preparing for assembly: 1. Ask Home Depot or Lowes associate to help you choose commercial grade 2x6, you may pre-cut to get parts #1 and #2 on the list. Also, ask to cut part #4 to be cut to 36 long or any other shorter length desired. 2. Mark the holes to drill in the middle of part #1 as follows: first hole should be 15 inches from the top of the stall, and every consecutive hole is 8 apart. So each stall has 10 holes. Part #2 has 1 hole 2 from the top. Use 1.5 diameter fast speed drill bit (drill bit 1) to drill those. You do not need to drill the holes through; you may mark the drill bit and drill it so that it leaves a little wood on the other side. 3. You may finish the wooden parts using sand paper, stain and polyurethane before next step that is up to you. 4. (Read point 8 before you do this). Now connect the parts #1 & #2 as shown in the assembly picture below using part #11 using #7 using all the holes.

5. Now connect the assembly above with the part #9 using #7. Put the angle in the corner of part #1 and part #2. 6. Insert each part #4 into the holes on one prepared stall, if they dont fit as desired, you can sand the ends. Then put the other stall on top of it. Keep adjusting the bars until they all fit into the holes going from the one that sticks out more. It may take several times adjusting the same bar until it works. You may sand the ends on the other side too to make it fit easier. 7. Now you have assembled the stall bars. Put them front side down and using drill bit 2 drill the holes about 2.5 inches deep (that it drills into the rungs). 8. Insert parts #5 into the holes made. You can cover the holes with part #6 but thats optional the holes are going to be on the back side and not visible. For the top rung you can either drill on the front or before you do assembly in point 4. This is done to prevent the rungs from turning. 9. Now attach brackets #10 to the stalls. 2 at the top on the same height and 2 at the bottom: recommended: 2 between rung 2 and 3 (counting from the extended rung) and 2 between 2 and 3 counting from the bottom. 10. Now mount parts #3 to these brackets. 11. Your stall bars are now ready to be mounted to the wall. 12.

1. Put the mounting bars (part #3) on the floor, and carefully lower the assembly onto them. Align the left bar along the sticker on the mounting bars. Align the stall bars to the mounting brackets, and screw the mounting bars and the stall bars assembly together using the screws provided. Mounting bars

The assembly is now ready to be mounted to the wall. 2. Use a stud finder to locate studs in the wall to which you plan to mount the stall bars. The assembled stall bars should be mounted to the wall in 6 spots. 3 on the top mounting bar and 3 on the bottom mounting bar. Once the studs are found, lean the stall bars assembly against the wall. Drill the holes using a drill bit of smaller diameter (drill bit 3) than the mounting hex screws. Drill the holes through the mounting bars into the studs. Screw the hex screws in to the wall through the washer provided. Do that for all 6 screws and washers provided. Your stall bars are ready to use.
