Kincumber
Our Kincumber project is an extension and alteration
to the existing shopping centre on the Central Coast in
Kincumber.
This involves the extension of the existing 1800m2
coles supermarket to 3800m2, The addition of 6 new
external tenancies, upgrading of the existing mall and
the external facade and accessways.
The Project will be completed in June 2013

Retail
Woolworths Supermarkets &
Dan Murphys
PTC Projects have successfully
project managed over 25 stores
throughout NSW for Woolworths
Supermarkets and Dan Murphys.
These projects vary from the
refurbishment of existing stores to
constuction of new stores.
During refurbishment projects all
works are undertaken whilst the
store continues to trade. It is,
therefore, essential that we employ
staging and planning strategies for
these works to ensure that disruption
to the trading of the store is
minimised.

Retirement Living
Ridge Estate
Our Ridge Estate Project is located at
Gillieston Heights, in the NSW Hunter
Region and is a retirement village currently
consisting of 17 independent living units. The
village is will be expanded with an additional
28 units.
PTC Projects successfully obtained the
Section 96 Approval for the revised
masterplan.
Construction is due to Commence in July
2013

Cessnock Gardens
Our Cessnock Gardens Project is located at
Cessnock, near Maitland, in the NSW Hunter
Region and is an existing rental retirement
village consisting of 54 units. The units are
being converted to a mix of One Bed, One
Bed + Study & Two Bed independent living
units.

Waratah Highlands
Our Waratah Highlands Project is
located at Bargo, in the NSW Southern
Highlands and is a retirement village
originally consisting of 77 independent
living units.
The village has been expanded with to
include an additional 53 independent
living units.

Lakeside Industrial Village
Our Lakeside project is located
at No 98 Johnson Road
Campbelltown, Lakeside
Industrial Village is situated on
15 ha of prime industrial land.
The development features 37
Industrial lots ranging from
1,000 sqm - 9,200 sqm.
PTC Projects were the
development managers for the
project.
Our role included project
planning, design management,
tendering, feasibility
management,
sales management, cost
reporting, and project delivery.

Special Use
Eastern Suburbs Memorial Park
Asian Memorial Gardens.
Our asian memorial gardens project
encompasses the regeneration and
revitalisation of an existing area of the
memorial park.
The works consist principally of a Chapel,
Collumbarium, Cerimonial
Plaza,landscaping works including retaining
walls; terracing; paving; planting of lawns,
trees, shrubs and ground covers and the
construction of ornamental ponds and other
decorative elements.
Burial and commemorative plaque areas are
also incorporated.
The works also include stormwater drainage
and remediation.
PTC Projects have successfully managed
the masterplanning of the project ,DA
Approval. The project is currently being
tendered.
Construction is expected to commence in
late 2013
Client: Eastern Suburbs Memorial Park
Project Value - 12 Million
Newthorpe
Our Newthorpe Project is
located at 37 Midson Road,
Eastwood, NSW
As the project managers we were
responsible for the Rehabilitation
of the site including the back filling
of the quarried areas with
approximately 1,000,000m3 of
imported material and the
remediation of the site to render it
suitable for residential use.
Newthorpe being a high profile
project, we regularly liaised with
local resident groups, Councillors
and Council Officers in order to
ensure the adherence to
numerous controls and regulations
during the remediation and filling
works.

Oxley
Our Oxley Project is located at
Douglass Street, Oxley, QLD
As the Project Managers PTC was
responsible for the Rehabilitation
of the site including back filling the
quarried areas with 420,000m3 of
imported material and clean up of
the site for the purpose of rezoning
to either residential or industrial
use.
