Natural Bread Co.: Hand-crafted artisanal breads and


cakes baked from locally milled flour using traditional techniques and slow fermentation. Run by food writer William Black and his wife Claire Vry, the company specialises in sourdoughs, or wild yeast breads, and is dedicated to producing authentic, tasty loaves.

CiCi-CoCo: An award winning artisan food company


using local products and ingredients to make Italian dishes inspired by regional recipes that Giuliana Cortese has collected from family and friends across Italy, for you to serve at home.

Oxford Cheese Co.: Starting as a cheese shop in


Oxford covered market, they made their first cheese in 1992. Oxford Blue isin the tradition of Stilton but with a creamier consistency. College White and Oxford Isis are full-fat soft cheeses; Isis has a honey-washed rind. Oxford Blue and College White won awards at the 2012 British Cheese Awards.

Cornfield Bakery: A family-run independent craft


bakery, founded in Wheatley in 1972 and now also in Thame, making bread in the traditional way no additives and with wheat almost exclusively grown in Oxfordshire.

Crudges Cheeses: Artisan cheesemakers based in


Kingham, Karen and Roger Crudge make a range of semihard and soft cheeses using locally sourced milk from Jersey cows in Gt. Rollright. The goat milk is sourced near Abingdon and the sheep milk near Stratford-upon-Avon.

Poppy Reid: A young artist from the Chiltern area,


Poppy is interested in paper craft, particularly cut outs intricate designs, often featuring hidden words or quotes. You can buy either the cut outs themselves or cards which Poppy screenprints by hand from the originals. Larger, personalised cut outs are extremely popular, and make unique and special gifts.

Jacobs Field Lavender: Toiletries made from lavender


grown in Jacobs Field, Islip an inspiring example of land share, bringing together landowners and those whod like to cultivate it for a greater good. Profits are given to local charities; schoolchildren learn about growing veg, and beehives produce honey.

Quince Products Ltd: Based in Watlington, the


company was established in 2005 by Colin and Elspeth Wainwright after Elspeth decided to restore the quince to the British table. Having won many food awards, their products delight food writers, chefs and consumers.

Just Biscuits: Award-winning handmade biscuits,


freshly baked by Jilly Lydon from Stoke Mandeville, made with all butter and other good-quality ingredients.

Rosemarys Jams: Made by our own Rosemary Cox.


Using local fruit where possible, Rosemary has put together a tantalising selection of jams and jellies her rosehip jelly is not only delicious but also good for you.

after moving from a TV career in London to a Buckinghamshire farm, the company makes high-quality

Upton Smokery: Located just outside Burford, this


family business run by Chris and Vix Mills specialises in smoked meat, smoked game and smoked fish, using high quality, traceable raw materials that are smoked by traditional methods. Their smoked potted shrimps and smoked chicken breast were recently awarded gold medals in the 2012 Great Taste Awards.

Shaken Oak Mustards: What started as a hobbyhas


become a thriving business, based in Hailey, near Witney. Bruce Youngs mustards quickly won acclaim followed by Great Taste Awards. He uses only the finest ingredients, wherever possible from local sources, and no artificial flavouring, colouring or preservatives.

Polkadot of Winslow: Lisa Wright creates delightful


handmade goodies, specialising in handpainting wooden signs, canvases, hearts and boxes. She also produces a range of cards and prints, and sells her gorgeous wares, together with vintage finds, from her shop in Winslow.

James Soden: An Oxford-based photographer


specialising in natural history, James offers a range of high quality prints, cards and other products. Passionate about conserving the environment and protecting wildlife, he uses photography to aid the appreciation and celebration of Britain's wildlife and natural legacy.

cream Elizabeth Prior creates delicious and flavoursome artisan ice cream bites and cover them with Belgian chocolate. Hand-made in rural Buckinghamshire, this ice cream confectionery is made only from natural ingredients and flavourings.

Springhill Farms and Gardens: A regeneration


project that is developing an educational centre and revitalising the extensive farms and gardens resource at HMP Springhill. Their focus is on education, training, rehabilitation and community engagement. Fresh, locally grown produce and garden gifts.

Nicola Jane Pantaleo: Back in Oxfordshire after 10


years in Italy, Nicola uses the art of textiles to create creates unusual handmade clothing, accessories and home decor that reflect her own personal style and call on her architectural background.

Tony Pearce Plants: Maggie and Tony Pearce, who


live in Piddington, are well-known for their beautiful garden and their horticultural expertise. Tony will be selling a range of plants they have grown themselves, usually propagated from plants in their own garden.

Piddington Bakers: Village community stall selling


delicious homemade cakes and bakes, sweet and savoury, made by the renowned bakers of Piddington. All proceeds will be divided equally between St Nicholas Church and the Village Hall.

JM Walman (Quality Butcher): Located in Launton


and owned by John Walman, whose passion for his craft and enthusiasm guarantees award-winning meats and homemade products, a selection of which he will have for sale.
