Chakras & Vibrations of the Body - Suzie Gagnon

This album is an energetic tool working along with the chakras, composed using a sensitive and original approach. The essence of this musical journey is the combination of the accordion reeds mixed with Tibetan bowls. Each sound on this album has been tuned according to a specific frequency related to the chakras, and mixed together in such way to create an energetic movement during listening. This project is the first phase of my personal guided research, experimented by professionals in bio-energy, sounds and movement who are : Claude Quentin (Master of Reiki), Jean-Luc Dupuis (Doctor), Zahava Scheiman-Burkhardt (Homeopath), Joyce Day (Traditional ceremonies Singer from Wicaglata - Lakotas tribe), Jessie Cole (Master of Chikung), Dominique Bertrand (Musician, Music Therapist, and Writer), Marie-Michelle Faber (Reflexology, RYT Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher - Ashtanga and Yin Yoga), Flix Arjona (Dancer, Performer, and Counsellor - Gestalt) , Anastasia Bykovskaya (Tightwire Performer), Pepa Torvisco (Actress and Reiki, Acupuncture, and Chiromassotherapist), David Chopard-Lallier ( Harmonic throat singing), Annik Sabourin (Aromatherapy), Karen Bernal (Scenic Dancer, Aerialist, and yoga Teacher), Victorino Lujn (Actor), Christian Kit Goguen (Singer), Jose Manuel Ariza (Harmonic throat singing, sound Therapist) The use of these recordings is a personal experience according to each persons intention. The album is meant to be listened to in a specific order which is from the Root to the Crown. In order to bring the body back from The Crown to the Root, a track entitled Back to the Roots was added. It is mainly composed from Tibetan bowls harmonies. Excessive listening of this album can cause an opposite effect than the objectives aimed with this research. It is recommended to listen to these sounds in the morning or during the day. For a more effective experience, it is also recommended to use earphones.
