Customer Care Assistant Whilst at college worked part time as a Customer Care Assistant at McDonalds.

Acted as the face of the restaurant, keeping a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all customers. Established positive communication with customers at all times and kept managers informed about customer satisfaction. Dealt with customer complaints with the aim to leave the customer feeling more satisfied with the service than had an issue not arisen in the first place.

MORE INFORMATION Since a young age I have taken a keen interest in the financial industry. This has stemmed from my exposure to the effects the economy has had on my fathers businesses. The most notable point at which I took an interest in the financial industry was back in 2008 when the recession hit as it had a large impact on not only my dad as the managing director of a business, but his employees, and the families of those that worked for him. Since then, in the years leading up to the present I have applied myself to learning the basics about key financial services, however I want to further my understanding to a level where I can offer professional financial advice, assisting customers in their needs. I am looking to begin the journey towards obtaining my CeFA/P, with a longer-term goal of eventually attaining the DipFA qualification.
