information
In order to make the process as smooth as possible we will need some information before starting. We know its not a perfect world but if we can get most of the elements listed below that would be of great help. Time - Project deadline - we wont work a er the deadline (seriously) - One week is required for up to three images if you provide a 3d model, two weeks if we have to model. Ideally. Renderings - Number of images - Type of images (typically exterior-eye level, aerial, interior) - Size of images and/or ratio - Atmosphere (night / dusk / thick fog) - Possible points of views Documents (preferably in a nice pdf doc- see next page) - Site localisation / Google coordinates - Summary of project program / functions - Material descriptions or references - Furniture description or reference - Landscape description Specic documents - Technical drawings in dwg (masterplan/plans/sections/elevations). Most of us are architects so there are a lot of things we can gure out by ourselves (it will avoid asking stupid questions as well) Payment We expect the payment to be made no later than two months a er the images have been delivered. Good karma. Also As a general idea the more freedom we have the better the images. We have been doing this job for quite a long time, were not perfect, but sometimes we can have some really clever ideas.
file types
3D Were mostly working with Cinema 4D and its integrated renderer (AR) or Vray. We also use 3DS Max with vray. We have no problems receiving models done in Rhino /Max / Lightwave / Modo. Models done in other so ware need to be converted to les we can import. 2D We use dwg. Pdf or Illustrator les are not suitable for modelling but are OK for patterns or graphics. Want to know more?

process
rough preview looking for the perfect point of view model check Generally one or two rounds day 1-2
preview test for light, textures and ambiance Generally one or two rounds
day 3-4
day 5-6
Notes: Adjustments :( Generally one or two rounds day 7 - Its better to have a clean markup so nothing is forgotten or misinterprated - We might eventually charge extra depending on the complexity of the adjustments. - working late at night or over the week end is not a joy.
