Instructor: Dr. Kuncoro Harto Widodo Course Description This course deals with the set of activities, such that product design, quality management, forecasting, capacity planning, location and layout strategy, supply chain management and inventory management, that creates value in the form of goods and services by transforming inputs into outputs. Course Objectives 1) To know the activity functions in the area of operations management, and then to study how people organize the functions for productive enterprise 2) To know how goods and services are produced 3) To know and understand what operations manager do References: Text Book Heizer, J. and Render, B., 2010. Big paper: - academic paper format (title, introduction, theoretical background, case studies,

discussion/analysis, conclusion, recommendation, references) 10 15 pages you select a topic by your self the topics should be in the context of operations management 1 space
