Run Oracle Enterprise Manager. Administration - Database Configuration - All Initialized Parameters. Don't forget to run script (SP3DProjectAdministrator.SQL with your login account.) If all settings are OK. You can login to Oracle database without input account/password by using OS account. To check it, run SQL Plus. Set User Name "/". Set Host string properly. Then click OK.

When you create Database Instance you should specify some Oracle initialisation parameter under which set "OS_authentification prefix = '' (Null value) .
After the creation of your database instance run the SP3D Oracle scripts which is provided by default in the following path C:\Program Files (x86)\SmartPlant\3D\3DRefData\Tools\OracleScriptsT oInitDB. Edit the scripts and run it through SQL using SYS login I hope this helps....

1. Open Command Prompt Start Run and type CMD and press enter. 2. Type sqlplus sys/<Password> as sysdba, type in sys password 3. Type Alter system set OS_Authent_Prefix= scope=spfile; 4. Type shutdown immediate 5. Type Startup
