Guidelines: The administration is son ancient as the humans and had an empirical origin that was developed during the war and trade. The administration emerges in 1550 with the following stages: Industrial revolution, French Revolution and Russian revolution.

Sparks: The industrial revolution had two stages: coal and iron stages. Once the way of capitalist production appear the feudal leaders were losing power and had to fuse together or work for the capitalists. The French and the Russian revolution contribute with new and valuable theories administrative. Conclusions: The administration had an empirical origin, the goals was to improve the business and profit of the sources that can produce work and money. The administration was evolving according to the needs and the way of production, making a fair way for paying employees, according to their capacity and skills. Recommendations: Use of administration in education as accurately as possible so the institution will be successful.
