Creating Your Story Activity 3

By pair or in a group of three or more, make a story using the numbers ,shape, figures or any term in Math as the characters in the story. The leader will begin then the next person will continue the story and so with the other members one after the other until the story will end. The last person will give the end of the story. Example: Person 1:X and Y climb on the top of the pole. Triangle was shouting at them to get down but they did not obey him. Person 2:X was so in loved with Y and was in loved also with X. Every time they stay and go to a place together even if Square and Circle are gossiping about them. Person 3: Now to avoid the gossip, X and Y climbed on the top of the pole so that no one could see them and talk something against them. Person 4: Integer who is sometimes optimistic always encouraged them not to mind people who are talking things against them. But now Integer became very negative thinker and he thought that X and Y climbed on the top of the pole so that they would plan revenge to the people who are talking things against them including Integer who was just pretending to be good.

Person 5; Integer then shouted at them to come down and face him. Person 6:X and Y came down at last giving thanks to Integer because without him their relationship might have been broken. Integer became optimistic again and he forgot the thought that X and Y were planning to avenge him.

Example: There was a time when I needed to choose between buying new notebooks and collecting and sewing the remaining leaves of my notebook the last school year. I chose to just collect and sew the remaining leaves of my notebook before than buying new. Buying new notebooks might be better because the leaves of the notebook are new and no need to collect and sew it. I chose not to buy because I dont want to waste any page of my notebooks unused. The leaves may be old but its still usable. By doing that I saved money.
