Modifications or changes m ade to Sam sung products w ithout prior authorization from Sam sung m ay void the w arranty. Misuse or physical dam age to the product m ay also result in the w arranty being void. In these circum stances you can expect Sam sung or the service provider to charge you for the service to your product. Once the unit is received by the Sam sung factory service location it w ill be either repaired or exchanged and returned to you at no cost. If your unit is not received w ithin 10 days after your repair request is subm itted, it is subject to cancellation. Im portant: Sam sung w ill m ake every attem pt to repair your device w ithout having to re-im age it or re-install your operating system . How ever, you are responsible for backing-up all system and applications softw are and data and disabling any security passw ords before services are perform ed, rem oving any data before parts or products are returned, and for reinstalling all softw are, data and passw ords. SAMSUNG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE LOSS OR DESTRUCTION OF DATA OR MEDIA RESULTING FROM THE USE OR SERVICE OF THIS PRODUCT, WHETHER DUE TO VIRUS ISSUES OR OTHERWISE, OR ANY FAILURE TO SECURE ALL PROGRAMS AND DATA CONTAINED IN OR AFFECTED BY THE PRODUCT OR TO MAINTAIN THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA STORED ON THE PRODUCT.

For In-Warranty LCD Monitors, Samsung pays for shipping the product to and from service center. For all other In-Warranty products, transportation to the service center, and any associated fees, are the customer's responsibility. Samsung w ill ship product back to you at no charge. For out-of-w arranty products, transportation and shipping of the product to and from the service center is the customer's responsibility.

Shipping Guidelines
Insure your product and use a shipper that provides a tracking number. Samsung is not liable for any, in transit damage. To help expedite service, please w rite your ticket number on the outside of your package. We recommend that that your product be secured w ith a minimum of 2 inches of packaging material on all sides (including top and bottom) in such a w ay that it does not move of shift in the box. If you utilize packaging peanuts, w e recommend w rapping the product in plastic first so that the peanuts do not enter the unit and cause further damage.

Conditions and Agreement


For exchange and repair services, online service requests are valid for 10 days from the service request creation date. If your product is not received for service w ithin the 10 days the request may be cancelled. If you are not available to confirm the service schedule w ithin 5 days from request creation date, the request may be cancelled. Warranty does not cover any physical damage caused by misuse, abuse or negligence. Samsung w ill contact you to obtain your consent and credit card information before performing any out of w arranty repairs.
