The best way to fight fire is to use fire as they say. So, since the Courts have been so unfair and the Factory has been so unwilling to work with me on any issues, I will take legal recourse against her by exercising other courts for appeals, such as federal court and use facts expressed in these blogs about the Factory and others that I am quite sure they do not want anyone to know. For example; It is a fact that the Factory, Jill Lee bathed with her children (all boys) at inappropriate ages. A middle school counselor and friend told me the other day that had he learned of this fact from children, he would be required by law to report the mother to child protective services. That should tell you all you need to know. Another little known fact is that the Factory used to have phone sex with other men while married to yours truly. What she didnt know is that the good ole nanny cam recorded these sessions. The Supreme Court of the U.S. has stated that such footage is the property of the owner so long as he is the occupant of the home where such activities take place. In fact, the show these kinds of things on shows like Cheaters all the time for this very reason. How would the Factory like it if I started releasing these recorded sessions one at a time? One of these days, I will get a judge that is not biased and knows what they are doing. On June 7, 2013, Judge Bailey Taylor, an extremely inexperienced judge in my case made rulings that are absolutely going to be overturned. In fact, he may not have that chance. On Monday, June 11, 2013, I will file a motion with the Supreme Court to disqualify Judge Taylor based on comments he made that clearly demonstrate bias against me. The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Kentucky will have no choice in disqualify him. There is absolutely no chance he remains on the case as a result of his comments. I will also ask that all orders he has entered to be voided. If that fails, this incompetent judge will be whisked off the case no later than January 31, 2014 regardless of what happens. The Special Judges program ends as Kentucky law. The Factory goes into the weekend claiming victory. Not so fast there cowgirl..I also plan on filing my Federal Action no later than June 15, 2013. This action attacks Judge George and asks for immediate and emergency relief in that none of the previous orders be enforced. This is what you must do when you are facing incompetent judges. The best part is that the money they took from me does not go to them until after the Writ of Mandamus and/or appeal is ruled on. If the Writ of Mandamus is won, I will have the money back in my hands in the next 2 months. If I lose the writ, I will appeal. That will take an additional 18 months or so. The best part is; the Factory or her attorneys can no longer come after me for money. When the Court of Appeals or the Supreme Court of Kentucky or the Western District Federal Court in Louisville rules against them, I still get to sue the Factory and her attorneys for Malicious Prosecution. ALL civil action lawsuits are frozen in time until

they are decided. So eventually, I get to collect from all of them. Thats how confident we are that the Feds or Supreme Court will reverse all orders in this case. Additionally, the Factory has shared sensitive medical records and evaluations with many people. Mental health records are the most protected records on the planet. However, there is nothing in these records that I have any shame over. One great piece to all of this is that I get to sue Jill Lee for malicious prosecution when the case against me in Judge Delahantys Court is dismissed, then I get to sue her again for maliciously garnishing my companys account. I really didnt need the money anyway. They fell right into my pit like a bunch of dumbasses. I would like Waterman, Stanley and Snow to know that by no means am I finished with you. I WILL win this battle and have absolutely NO issue with suing all of you.. UPDATE TO LITTLE THINGS Today, I asked my son if he knew his principle was going to ask him and his classmates to give the rose to the person that meant the most to them during his elementary graduation. He told me that he DID know that. This means that Sam had time to think about who meant the most to him and who had the most profound impact on his life. When he chose his father over his mother, grandmother and grandfather, the Factory broke down into tearsI am laughing at her now. At first, my heart went out to her. Then I realized that she didnt deserve to be given the rose. These are the battles and treasures I would rather win. I would rather have a positive relationship with my children than all the money in the world. The Factory cannot win them over even with the most competent or incompetent judges.
