Alleged case of Robbery with force upon Things at Kisad Road particularly at the Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Church at around 10:00 AM of Octrober 19, 2010.Investigation conducted disclosed that the unidentified suspect/s broke the bottom near the door knob lock portion of the glass door then opened the door knob lock from inside of parish office and once inside they forcibly opened the steel cabinet drawers and table drawers and carted away more or less three hundred pesos. The suspect then proceed to the sacristy rooms, conference rooms and in the kitchen area located at the second floor of the church through the small door of the stockroom of parish office and open all rooms and cabinets however only one Nokia 1660 cell phone worth more or less One thousand Six Hundred Pesos ( Php 1,600.00) was declared missing by the occupants Roel Taynan y Basilio 25 years old, single, contractual employee at BENECO and billeted thereat. The suspect/s then used sacristy main door near the parish office as an exit then proceeded to the Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Multipurpose Cooperative which is just Ten meters estimated distance from the main door of said Church. Suspect/s used the main door of said cooperative as an main entrance by destroying the padlock hasp and took a cash more or less Twenty thousand Pesos (Php 20,000.00) which Julieta Crolez y Peralta 68 years old, married, treasurer of said cooperative, presently residing at No. 76 Lourdes Subd., Baguio City claims that it was a revolving funds for emergencies. It was also noted that suspect tried to open the steel cabinets but did not succeed and left their tool in destroying the padlocks which is a claw hammer in front of the maid door of the cooperative office. Accordingly to Nestor Rimando y Pedro 25 y/o, single, convent boy, billeted at said church and Sefren Madiano y Caldo 20 y/o, single, convent boy and billeted at the said Parish Church, they left and closed the Parish office at around 5:00 PM of October 18, 2010 and proceeded to their rooms located at the building located at the above said church and when they proceeded to the Parish office they noticed that the glass of the main door was broken prompting them to inspect the nearby buildings and discovered that the door lock of the Cooperative office was forcibly opened and immediately reported the incident to Mr. Lacheca chairman of the cooperative. Mr. Lacheca then called Emilita Britanico y Gapayan, 53 y/o, married, book keeper of said cooperative, presently billeted at # 89 San Luis Village, Baguio City and Mrs. Gotez and according to them they closed and left the said cooperative oat around 11:30 AM to attend some important matters. Said crime scene was processed by SOCO team for possible lifting of fingerprints headed by PSI LORDAN E. DE MESA. This is to CERTIFY that as per available records filed in this Office as embodied under Police Blotter Entry number 0218, Pages 00043 dated November 15,2008 the following data exists: Personnel of this office responded at the BGHMC Emergency Room for a case of Stabbing wherein the victim identified as Charmaigne Valerie Calpito y Manuel, 14 years old, student at Don Bosco High School and a resident of No. 16-AL City Camp Proper, Baguio City who sustained stabbed wounds on his chest/breast and in his back perpetrated by more or less Ten (10) young male suspect. Initial investigation disclosed conducted that on or about 12:15 AM of Nov. 15,2008 when the security guard of Inasal Restaurant located along Legarda road identified as Robert Canero saw the victim who was running coming from Otek St., going to City Camp but the suspect/s followed and ran after the victim then without any apparent reason, suspects mauled said victim until he was stumbled on the ground prompting concerned waiters of Inasal Restaurant to rushed the victim at the BGHMC but he was declared dead on Arrival ( DOA) by his attending Physician Dr. Bunny Bay Genuino. Responding personnel of this office scoured the area to gather evidences and for possible arrest of suspect/s but to no avail. This CERTIFICATION is being issued upon request of the above person for all legal intent and purposes it may serve.
