OJT generally gives the trainee the opportunity to work in the same place and with the same equipment that will be used regularly which can make it an efficient approach to learning new things. It can also be a useful tool to helping unemployed people develop new job skills. Poor OJT, however, can result in the trainee developing poor work habits.

OBSERVATIONS IN THE COMPANY What I have observed at the DENR-NCR is that how they value their co -workers, especially their clients and also for us even if we are only an OJT students they accept as their employee they teach us and they guide us. The strength and challenges of this company is that they know how to value their co-workers they have a good attitude in their job as an employee of the company where they are belong. I think the best practice of this company is how to improve my communication skills and listening skills to communicate other people and to deal with them to give their needs as an acting employee. Best experiences on the job: My best experience in my first OJT training in DENR-NCR is the memories that I wont ever forget the learning that they shared to me the advices from my boss my co-students, co-workers as an acting employee for the past two months.
