The Partner Support Essential (D-Link Care-PSE) program enables you to deliver valuable product support and services to your customers and generate profitable revenue by leveraging D-Link Indias service capabilities. The program helps you deliver world-class support to your customers. The Partner Support Essential program is designed to be flexible and align with your business model, so you can meet your customers service requirements.

Partner Qualifications
Partners must meet the following requirements to qualify for the D-Link Care PSE service program: Partners are required to purchase D-Link Care PSE for all equipment at the point of product purchase. Partners must have a minimum of three D-Link Certified Network Engineers (DCNE/DCCE) on their staff. Partners must be the primary contact to their customers. The end-user customer should not contact D-Link India directly. Partners personnel contacting D-Link Systems Division must be D-Link certified.

Partner Responsibilities
Partners must sell their own service contracts to customers. Partners must provide first level of support, including:
o o o Call handling Help-desk support Initial diagnosis and troubleshooting

Partners must deliver necessary on-site support as required. Partners must provide D-Link India with detailed trouble-ticket information pertinent to the customer to expedite resolution. Partners must keep their staff trained on current D-Link India products.

Advanced Hardware Replacement


In case of a hardware system failure, you can request that a replacement part be shipped prior to the return of the failed part. Upon evaluation by a D-Link Systems engineer, an RMA will be issued. The replacement part will be delivered within seven business days.
