FAT Vs CELLULITE
Teresa Lau

Soft Fat / Adipose Tissue

Adipose tissue stores lipids (fat). Fat cells that occur all over the body to act as an insulator for the body, provide protection, support for the organs, muscles and nerves and is available as a reserve energy source. More visible Occurs in larger areas Is loose, often sagging from the body, often due to poor muscle tone. Easier to treat and to spot as it is easier to disperse and responds well to diet and exercise
Teresa Lau

Cellulite / Hard Fat

Lumpy mass of fat tissue with trapped toxins, fluid and constricting bands of connective tissue. Occur mainly in areas of poor circulation due to inactivity. Can occur in women who are active Difficult to get rid off, does not lift from body easily Harder to see as it can be attached to muscle Effected areas: thighs, buttocks, abdomen and breasts.
