Drive innovation, creation of large talent pool by providing cross- training and ensuring smooth transitions of new process migrations Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with proven abilities in working in diverse teams. People oriented leader with skills in developing subordinates individually & professionally; led large cross-functional & cross-cultural teams. Job design include o manage opex in NAV computing, Corporate actions, Reporting for top AMCs across the globe Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with key members / stake holders of the client Team Responsible for existing client revenue growth and managing P&L for the vertical Strategic planning with expertise in formulating business continuity plans, Risk & Productivity Management

JOB SPECIFICATION -
Required Skill Sets (Technical/Behavioral) 1. Accounting, Investment Operations, Treasury Operations, Risk Management 2. Excellent analytical, negotiation & inter-personal skills with communication and relationship management abilities 3. Extensive client engagement experience 4. Competent in capturing top Level pains & crafting differentiated solutions 5. Understanding/Experience of Migrations 6. An up-to-date technical knowledge of regulatory aspects of Mutual fund, Custody, Corporate Actions & Reconciliations. Required Attributes (Vision, Strength, Personality Trait, Certain Aptitude) 1. 12-15 + years of overall experience with at least 5 Years plus in Financial Services. 2. Comprehensive exposure to funds management (Equity and Debt), investment valuation, Risk assessment, Auditing and Accounting 3. Back office experience in Capital Markets. 4. Must have directly front-ended new and existing client engagements for at least 5-7 years in the recent past. 5. Extensive knowledge of solution based integrated IT and BPO engagement. 6. Preferably from BNFS domain.
