Equipments
1 Barcode Scanners Wireless Barcode scanners will be required. Approximate number is 10. Approx number for line 4 is 2 and same number for line 1+2+3. Approx 2 scanners are required for storage place. To scan any damaged items and to remove from storage. And 4 scanners for shipment area.

2 Computer System A computer system will be required to store all data. It should be enabled with wireless equipment so as to capture data from wireless scanners. 3 Wireless Infrastructure Many businesses need system updates to occur in real-time and a wireless network required to do so. No matter the size of your facility, a network can be scaled to accommodate it and your bandwidth needs. 4 Software: Software will be required to process all the information, with functionalities such as realtime transactions and integration into ERP system. 5 Skilled labor : Skilled labor will be required to scan all the items. 6 Training : Employees and labor must be trained to use the software effectively and maintain it.

Dispatch Stage SCAN

Step1: SCAN
Start scanning one single pallet. Scan all fridges.

Step 2: Check for Mixed Pallet Check from scanned models if its a mixed pallet or segregated one. If segregated one then move to next step otherwise segregate and again check for step 2.

Step 3: Dispatch or store Daily database must be updated for model numbers which will be dispatched and all others will be stored. Also storage space is already fixed for different models. Now check model number from previous step for assigned storage space. Find available location for storage and assign it the same and set status for this pallet items as In Storage For items which have to be dispatched directly , will be assigned with location as NULL and set status as To Dispatch

Step 4: Server In this step all the data will be stored at server. Data stored will be in form of table as shown below: Model No Cabinet Number Color Volume Storage Location Status

Step 5 & 6 : Dispatch No good which need to be dispatched can be with either of status To Dispatch or In Storage. At this stage all fridges at single pallet are scanned. Once scanned items will be updated with status as Dispatched and if pallet was brought from storage then vacate that location as well.
