Dear Sir/Madam Under instructions & authority from and on behalf of my above named client, herein after referred to as my client, I am to address you as follows and I serve upon you with the following legal notice of demand:My client is engaged in the business of providing training and jobs in Bhubaneswar of Orissa under due license from Government of India Department of Human Resource Development. That you being a registered candidate have been allotted a job and have been using the job providing service by my above named client. 2. You have also been joined in a company (Auroin) as a designation Content Writer with a salary of Rs. 20,000 per Month. According to the Candidate Information Sheet i.e Service Enrollment Form and other related forms/documents (Agreement hereinafter), basing on your declaration and undertaking that you will pay your one month salary i.e. Rs.20, 000 for the services being availed by you within the stipulated period .subsequently, you had availed service/s provided by my client, a fact which, we believe, you cannot deny. 3. My Client has already produced the documents (Xerox of Candidate Information Sheet, Xerox copy of service agreement) as evidence and one copy of your resume in which you have given the wrong residential address. So it is cause an intentionally attempt of nonpayment of service charges. 4. That in spite of repeated reminders ,you have defaulted in making of your service charges raised in respect of a availment by you of our aforementioned services amounting to Rs20,000/- as on date. It is apparent from your conduct, that you used and consultancy services of my client, without ever intending to make payment for the same, thereby causing loss to my client .I have been instructed to state that your conduct of non-payment of the outstanding amount towards the payment of the bills, despite previous notices issued to you by my client, shows that you have malafide intention to defraud my above named client. 5. Further you have also committed criminal breach of trust to my client through non-payment of charges by you for availing the telecommunication services provided by my client .I have therefore to state that for your aforesaid acts and / or actions, you are liable to be prosecuted under the relevant provisions of the Indian Penal Code and for which the consequences vary from imprisonment or fine or with both. 6. By this legal notice, you are hereby given an opportunity to make the aforesaid payment within 7days of receiving the notice hereof, by contacting the person above named XYZ to 123, failing which ,my client shall be constrained to inter-alia file appropriate legal proceedings including filing of a criminal complaint against you for the aforesaid offences. IF YOU HAVE ALREADY MADE THE PAYMENT ABOVE, PLEASE IGNORE THE NOTICE AND PROVIDE RELEVANT DETAILS AND DOCUMENTS TO THE ABOVE-MENTIONED INDIVIDUALS. 1.
