Cladirea ce face obiectivul proiectului este amplasata pe Sos. Colentina nr 87, sector 2 Bucuresti la parterul blocului, cu intrarea din strada, vecinatatile fiind reprezentate de destinatii rezidentiale fara particularitati. Dimensiunile incaperilor si amplasarea lor este data in planul constructiei anexat proiectului. Constructia este din beton, compartimentare din caramina, BCA, rigips. Tamplaria este din aluminiu, iar geamurile termopan au aplicate (de la producatorul tamplariei) pe interiorul geamurilor de exterior folie de securitate de grosime 4 mm. 2.
