Ensure smooth implementation of companys HR Policies and Procedures. Develop and implement strategies in recruitment and staff retention. Coordinate in in-house training & development program. Requirements:

Sr. Recruiter
MYR 4500 - 6000 Selangor Responsibilities: To manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process. To monitor employee requisitions in different companies within the group. To assist with the preparation of Job Descriptions for all approved positions within the company To co-ordinate recruitment activities in accordance with company procedures including, liaison with recruitment agencies, advertising positions, review of applications and short-listing candidates. Writing job advertisements and deciding how and where jobs are advertised. To comply and monitor relevant policies, rules and regulations relating to recruitment and selection process. HR Training & Development Executive


Selangor - Based in PJ (1 position) / Prai (1 position) Responsibilities: Managing the Learning & Development function in the Company to ensure the effective performance and development of employees by: Identifying training and development needs within SLS Group through job analysis, appraisal, schemes and regular consultation with Department Heads

Prepare yearly product training calendar Design and develop training and development program for SLS Group. Produce training materials for in-house courses Monitor and review the progress of staff after training Maintain all records on Staff Competencies and Monthly Training Report. Developing Strategic Learning and Development plan for the Company that incorporates needs identified from Performance Appraisals and other methodology and is aligned with business priorities for business segment managers.
