Background: On December 5th, 2012 around 8PM a two year old boy, Flint, was taken against the will of his parents at Doctors Hospital in Augusta, Georgia. Flint was taken by force at gunpoint by several Richmond County Georgia police officers and a nurse by the name of Julie Lewis. Nurse Julie Lewis justified this kidnapping with an alleged court order that is later determined to be a fraudulent document based upon entirely false pretenses. It was immediately obvious that the alleged court order was not attended by an affidavit and did not have the Georgia seal affixed to it. Furthermore, the "order" did not contain language including "probable", "probable cause", "exigent", "exigent circumstance", or "warrant". Next, nurse Judy Lewis threatens Flint's parents with immediate expulsion from the hospital without Flint if parents refuse to cooperate. Parents refuse to leave their traumatized and breastfeeding child that has just undergone skin graft surgery. At this point another nurse by the name of Terrel J. Yelverton vaccinates Flint with three substances: TIG, Tetanus vaccine, Diphtheria vaccine. Nurse Terrel was many time told by parents that this medical procedure was not consented to. Nurse Terrel proceeded with the medical procedure without regard to parental non-consent. Richmond County police officer Wren and nurse Julie Lewis looked on as this medical procedure and crime (assault, battery among others))was performed. On December 6th, 2012 around 1PM both Karan Albriton and Susan Barr entered Flint's hospital room while armed police officers were right outside the door. Karan and Susan then took Flint, under threat of deadly force if resisted, to an unknown location. On December 7th, Flint arrived at the home Flint's grandparents within Peach County, Georgia. Shortly after reuniting with their grandson they noticed that Flint's left wrist was severely inflamed from the Doctors Hospital ID bracelet that had not been removed by the kidnapers. A police report taken by Peach County investigator James Sutton details the harm done to Flint's person. Mr. Sutton was at all times professional and concerned. On June 10th, 2013 Flint's parents command an investigation regarding the kidnapping. Sheriff Deese indicates that the alleged crimes occurred outside of his jurisdiction. Certain elements of this crime may have occurred in Peach County given that Flint was in a car and with a person unknown to his parents and without his parents' permission while in Peach County.

Investigatory questions relevant to Peach County Sheriff Deese: On December 7th, 2012 ,allegedly, a red late model VW bug car entered the driveway of Flint's grandparents within Peach County Georgia. Flint was in this car with one other person. Flint had earlier been kidnapped his location unknown. 1. Who was driving the red car? 2. Who or what has an ownership interest in the red car? 3. From where did Flint and this driver come? 4. Who is responsible for Flint's wrist being damaged? 5. Where had Flint been held captive the previous night? 6.Was the car's driver, at any time, with the original two kidnappers Karan and Susan? 7. How did the driver of the red car come to have Flint in her car? 8. If Flint had been held captive in a home then which parties have an ownership interest in that home? 9. Where all those with an ownership interest in that home aware that the home was being used to hold a 2 year old child against his parents' will and without any lawful authority to do so? 10. Was any monetary remuneration given to those specific individuals holding Flint captive? If Flint had been held in another County then you, Sheriff Deese, could simply refer the case to the appropriate Sheriff. However we will need your findings or lack thereof put to Peach County Sheriff letterhead and given to us. Other Counties are certainly involved and their Sheriffs will be contacted. However, what happened in Peach County requires a Peach County Sheriff's participation to investigate. The question remains: Why are you, Sheriff Deese, reticent to look into this case as far as it has occurred within Peach County? Flint's family requires your investigative team and the investigative team of several Georgia counties to bring those who victimized Flint and his family to justice. Failure to communicate with us inside one day will be interpreted to mean you are refusing to look further into this matter. Sincerely, (redacted parent name)
