Borrower avails loans from different Bankers for the same business and there is no NODAL Bank as such. However, the Banker who lends money to this borrower will have to take NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE from the other bankers. The borrower her will have to provide for separate Guarantees or Securities to avail such loans from different banks in this method. sridharan
