CCNP/CCIE Routing Switching and Service Provider Configuration tasks

LAB Setup: Basic Configurations: Configure interface IP address as shown in the Diagram. Or load basic configuration provided by the lab Topology:

Task 1:

Configure RIPv2 on R1, R2, R4, No router should be able to send Summary to other router. Advertise Loopback address and Interfaces as shown in the topology. Routing table of all routers must have reachability to all routers loopback interfaces? Task 2: Change Ripv1 on router R3, and make sure R2 and R4 can get updates from R3 and vice versa after performing this task. Task3: R1 should not be able to receive any update from R2 but R2 should be able to get updates from R1. You are only permitted to configure R2 for This task. You cannot use any access-list commands. Task 4:

Configure R1 so that it could be able to receive updates from R2. You cannot remove the Task 3 to accomplish this task. Task 5: Change administrative distance of R4 for RIP to 100. Task 6: Change by default timers of R2 for RIP to 20,30,40,80. Make sure all routers can receive the Routes after this task Task 7: Configure Authentication in between R1 and R2 using password INECert in a most secure manner. Task 8: Configure Authentication in between R1 and R4 using Password INECert in less secure manner. Task 9: R1 is receiving R4 loopback from its directly interface. Configure in such a way that it receive R4 loopback interface from R2 rather than R4. You can configure R3 to Ripv2 now. Task 10: R3 should not have R1 loopback interface in its routing table. You are not permitted to use any accesslist on interfaces level. Task 11: R1 and R4 should exchange their routing information using Broadcast. Verify the task after completing.
