The deadline of submission of membership requirements including the payment of membership fee is on July 25, 2013 (Thursday). The Council deems it imperative to waive the rights of membership if no payment has been deposited on or before the given deadline. 2. All soft copy requirements shall be sent to the official e-mail address of your Regional Vice President for Membership. All hard copy requirements shall be placed inside a long brown envelope and shall be submitted to the Regional Vice President for Membership via mail. 3. For those Local Chapters who will be submitting the COMPLETE documentary requirement and the 100% payment of the membership fee on or before July 25, 2013 will have an additional points for the Most Outstanding Local Chapter. 4. Late compliance of the membership requirements will receive a penalty of 5% interest in their total national membership fee that will automatically go to the socio-civic activities of NFJPIA. Payment for membership fee Deposit in Bank On or before July 25, 2013, 75 % of the whole due amount should be submitted. There will be a grace period of 1 month after July 25, 2013 to pay the remaining 25 %. For queries and suggestions regarding membership matters, kindly contact Neil Martin E. Confirmation email or message shall be sent to respective regional councils regarding the verification of the files sent and the Membership Committee, headed by the National Vice for Membership shall confirm the files and documents submitted. If the regional council did not receive any confirmation regarding the submission of files, it means that the National Federation did not receive any file from the respective regional council.

All local chapters are required to follow the prescribed format of the Council. All regional council are required to follow the prescribed format of the National Federation. This is to keep a well-track record. Templates and prescribe formats shall be available in the social networking sites for reference. Always wrap text any entries that may not fit in the boxes provided.
