ETB is a both web and client based application. ETB is a survey based application where the
administrator of the application sends weekly survey to the end users. The end users of the
application are users outside the organization so they get a link to the survey. They fill the survey
and submit it. The admin usually conducts the survey in more than one round. After a particular
round the admin can close the survey. After the survey is closed the admin can generate reports
in Excel and PowerPoint to see the response percent of each round and the total response.

R&I Nomination is web and client based application which has some web part also. There are
three types of users of the application. There are different training programs which are supposed
to be attended by a particular group. But if a person can not avail himself for a program he can
nominate a colleague in his place. The nominee will get a mail if he is confirmed to attend the
training program by the admin. He can accept, reject or reschedule his program. If he accepts the
program then he will get a two form which are in web where he can submit his bio data and his
travel details. The admin can generate two types of excel report for each Nomination one with bio
and travel detail and one without.

MET is a client based application. This is a survey based application. The main document in the
project is called Engagement. Each engagement is created by pulling the values from back end
database oracle. The values of some fields are stored by encrypting it, so that end user can not
see it. Two surveys are sent to the user one will have 6 tabs and one will have 7 tabs in it. After
the users submit the survey the admin user can populate the engagement with the values
submitted by the engagement. The engagement has 7 tabs which can be used to populate data
of another database. In each of the seven tabs the user can press a button which will create a
new document in another database.

NA OPS is a client based application. This is a survey based application. The user generally
attends a training session. The trainings based on Module. A user can attend more than one
module. So again each module is divided in two parts daily and weekly. The users will be sent
surveys after the end of the day, after each modules and every week. After the end users
responses the admin can generate excel reports for all the survey. They can generate a chart
based excel report to send to the faculty of the module if his performance is not good.
