Hostel Accommodation
We provide our students with places in students hostels situated in the South-West of Moscow city, 15 walking from the nearest metro station.

Hostel accommodation is arranged in 2-room blocks, offering double and triples bedded rooms. There is a toilet and a shower room in the block. The rooms are equipped with basic furniture, including a shared refrigerator (one in the block), and have computer links.

There is a communal kitchen (cooking is by electricity) on each floor, a medical station and a gym. Hostel superintendant is in charge of providing furniture and other equipment, day-to-day repairs, and calling up a plumber, carpenter or electrician. There is a storeroom, laundry and ironing-room in the hostel. Bed linen is changed three times in a month. Hostel administrators are in charge of housing of residents and temporary passes issuing.

IMPORTANT! In case of any damage to the hostel property the resident must reimburse the cost of repairs or do the repairs at his own expense. This amount will be deducted from the caution deposit payable by the resident at the time the hostel accommodation agreement is signed.

B) Securing seats in foreign universities

QLE had conducted extensive market research to offer uncompromised advice relating to studying Medicine abroad especially Russia and India. This is a one one-stop stop information centre for Malaysian students wishing to study abroad. QLE is committed to providing the most comprehensive information on international education. 1. Provide educational directory according to field of study, Coordinating student participation in post-secondary post secondary education seminars, admission workshops and information displays. 2. Coordinating the placement of students in line with the students choice of study area and university/college. 3. Providing comprehensive directory of information and programs offered, fees charged etc to help students make informed educational choices.

C) Study Visa
We will advise on the documentation required and procedure for a successful visa application.

D) Pre Departure Orientation

A one day pre-departure orientation will be organised to expose students on various aspects with regards to studying medicine at the chosen countries, culture and life at the respective countries, do and donts, basic language, important places, etc. Students will be also provided with simple easy to use dictionary.

E) Post Arrival Orientation

F) Progressive Reports to parents and guardians

We are committed to the well being of all students under our care until the completion of their studies. All parents and guardians will be provided with progress reports of their children. Our associate (MOSLANKA Investment Pte) will communicate with the universities and students representatives to obtain up to date report on the students, academic as well as how they are coping.

G) Mentoring
Students under our care will be assigned with mentors (senior medical students). To ensure the effectiveness of this mentor-mentee program, each mentor will be a maximum of 10 students. QLE will communicate with the mentors to ensure our students are doing OK.

H) Other student services

Organize medical insurance cover. Advice and information on the job search process, CV writing and mock interviews, Facilitating Intensive English instruction and life skills programs.
