with a clear intent to create and initiate experience led social change, with Gratitude as the foundation of all things Dedicated.Enthusiastic.Empowered.Positive. Our Registration No. 6608, Date of Registration 17th November 2011, in New Delhi. Our Trustees, Deepanjali Rao, Ashok Singh, Prema Evelyn DCruz our registered office is at : House No. 30, Bosco Colony, A Shyam Enclave, Gopal Nagar Extn, Near Indira Service Station Najafgarh, New Dehi 110 043. For all practical purposes, we operate through Facebook and are available on our handphones or are reachable via email on info@deepositive.com. Our vision is to permeate the roots of all social interactions and infuse them with Gratitude. We are of the experience that Gratitude has the power to change mindsets and invite us to a pure experience of the magic of being human. At DeePositive we bridge the practical gaps, to create an environment conducive to prompting a new personal thought and direction forward. Santa Workshop 2012 Our first project, Santa Workshop which we initiated in 2011 in Delhi. A project in which we collect gifts, wrap them at a weeklong workshop and distribute on Christmas. The project aims at reaching out to those who work for us right through the year and dont really get thanked. There are two very distinct areas of social change that were propagating through Santa Workshop, 1) to link giving to having 2) to spreading the need to acknowledge the unacknowledged. We have just completed our second Santa Workshop, we collected 1,23,476 gifts in a short span of 7 weeks. These gifts were wrapped in a 12 day on-ground event and were distributed over a period of 3 days beginning 25th December.

The on-ground workshop of gift wrapping is encouraged and empowered groups of people to assist them in being a part of something larger than their present understanding and imagination, since we encourage people across denominations to come and be a part of the gift wrapping process, weve had children from slums/police people/auto -rickshaw walas/maids /college students/professional services people come together as Santas elves, wrapping gifts and sharing lives. The distribution of these gifts covered Policemen, Guards, the homeless on the streets of Delhi, Petrol Pump workers, orphanages, old age homes, Police Station Staff, workers at construction sites, truck drivers, auto rickshaw pullers, rickshaw pullers, coolies, metro staff, beggars and the common man on the street. Each were given a small gift and wished, Thank you and Merry Christmas. We have executed 3 Santa Workshop projects since our inception: 1) Santa Workshop 2011 2) Santa Workshop|Tokens of Light (Diwali) 3) Santa Workshop|Tokens of Gratitude 2012 The success of the event is in the many people who truly understood and now live with a new understanding of GIVING WITH GRATITUDE. This year, were taking the project to Mumbai (if possible), Bangalore and Kolkata and the target is 3,00,000 gifts!

G.I.V.E (Gratitude.Inspired.Vision.Exchange)

From what we learnt at Santa Workshop, we understood that it is important for us to create a platform to assist people in understanding that Giving isnt just charity. Giving is an important act of acknowledging 1) Who we are 2) What we have. Therefore weve created modules specific to different social groups to assist them through experiential workshops to understand that to GIVE is larger than their present understanding and dictionary meaning. With GIVE, our intent is to trigger a more personal change in the thought process. The new thought, once popularized, will assist in reduction of bribery & corruption as a result of a better understanding of the very act of giving. Educating people in the art of giving, will assist, in a small way more social responsibility of a citizen. Knowing and Understanding that when they G.I.V.E: their taxes, their time, their vision to create a better India. GIVE encourages the thought of Gratitude, Inspired, Vision, Exchange, an experimental and experiential platform for new ideas and talents. Under the banner GIVE, DeePositive Foundation has created multiple events which includes valentines, GIVE UP, Hong ten(to support new artists), collaborations of photography and Music, social gaming Sundays and to encourage women to come together to socialize while gaming Tech-Savvy.

New Projects:Were in the process of finalizing the dates for 3 new projects that further build on the learning from our first project: L.I.V.E skills (Learning.Internal.Vibrational.Expansion) These are proposed workshops in the area of Self Help, to assist people in How to create a positive mindset. The programme and its modules, are meant to teach people simple techniques developed and practiced by Deepanjali Rao as part of her spiritual/personal philosophy, which she is now ready to teach others. This work includes workshops on 1) Gratitude Training: Positive Thought Forward 2) Know.Allow.Accept.Manifest: The bridge between Ask & Receive 3) Manifesting Mantras: How to take one step forward each day, in thought, to live your dreams. 4) LIVE D.E.EP: Living a Dedicated, Enthusiastic, Empowered and Positive Life! These are the first 4 modules we intend to begin with: Our students will range from children to adults across economic strata. In this were also, intending to inspire people to co -opt and practice these teaching. We are of the firm resolve, that it is important for Self Clarity first, before we can create social reforms.

G.O.L.D: Sporting Patriotism We are also launching a very ambitious and socially critical project G.O.L.D Sporting Patriotism. A project through which we intend to scout for and train 20 athletes over the next three years for a historic moment for Indian sport, when ordinary runners achieve and extra ordinary feat of running the 400mtrs race to give India a powerful patriotic unifying moment of listening to Jana Gana Mana play at an international sporting event. This project, is our way of assisting talent from Government schools to showcase their talent and inviting India to begin to support this talent to train to represent every Indian at the world athletics events. It is our intent to begin a brand new movement toward encouraging sport in every home. Sport encourages and teaches Self-Discipline and this could be a phenomenal Change Agent in the Socio-Economic future of India

The Beginning & Finishing School C.O.M.P.L.E.T.E Confidence.Ownership.Motivation.Presentation.Leadership.Etiquette.Team-Player.Empowered The intent for this project is to grow people into confident beginners and confident finishers. This school is intended for those, whod like to grow into confident communicators spoken and written. This project is in the mix right now, were closing in on faculty, the classes will be on weekends and these classes will be taken by senior citizens, with a great amount of experience. Our first attempt finishing for adults: Is the Finishing C.O.M.P.L.E.T.E for receptionist and secretaries by Colleen DCruz and Blossom Rao. Both have over 35 years of experience and are still going strong and working. We are of the thought, that receptionists and Executive Assistants are the first impression of the outside world of the company and the bosses they work with. It is in the best interest of growth, that these positions are filled with people who are self confident and have a company ownership identity. Deepanjali Rao our founder, who began the second innings of her career as a receptionist and executive assistant to the Managing Director of Executive Access India Private Limited is a testimony of the fact, that no matter where you begin, you choose your destiny by claiming

who you can be. Learning from everything you do to be who you can be. Now, inspiring and encouraging, others to use their present jobs to grow. Our second attempt beginning for kids: It is interesting, that at the education level, children are taught to associate learning with objects and since that is their foundation of growth, it isn t surprising that children grow up into associating life with material growth. As part of the classes, were going to be assisting little stars, to a new alphabet, the alphabetitude. It is our firm understanding, that if we are able to get the future to think from feeling and experiencing words, were creating a new generation of perceptive thinkers, people who can access the feeling and create growth and gratitude filled solutions and grow with it!

Festival of Gratitude 2014 The first ever coming together of talent with purpose! The Gratitude Festival will invite Delhi to a brand new experience of Gratitude in Action. While we detail the intent and content, we are in the process of finding partners who would like to partner with us. We are creating a platform that will amplify, the practical experiences with Gratitude that weve met through our work. It is a platform to recognize how Gratitude grows when expressed through many. With segments on Gratitude and Health, Gratitude and Success, Gratitude and Vision, Gratitude and Talent, Gratitude and Personal Growth our first thoughts forward. While, this year we intend to launch each of these initiatives in Delhi, since this is where we are located. We intend in the next couple of years, to take each of our new projects to other states to expand the effectiveness and reach of our campaign!!
