Experience Description After completing my Engineering, I have got opportunities to server few companies with different responsibilities. Following is my experiences in detail, 1. 1st Mar 2000 to 30th June 2002 as Production/Testing & commissioning Engineer At: Ashok Transformers Pvt Ltd.Udhna Duration: 2 years 4 months Scope of Work: Company is engaged in Manufacturing of Power and Distribution transformers of Capacity from 63 KVA to 20 MVA of 11KV to 132KV. My job is to check the Quality of the transformer and Testing of transformer and also maintenance. I commissioned Transformer at Porbandar (10MVA/66KV), Mehsana (10MVA/66KV), and Bardoli (15MVA/66KV). I visited ERDA for type test (Short Circuit Withstand) of Distribution Xmer on behalf of company. Here I worked on CT, PT and also having knowledge of Relay Testing at Sub Stations. I also commissioned OVEN (Vacuum, Oil) at this company and maintenance of same. 2. 29th Aug 2002 to 4th Oct 2002 as Maintenance Engineer At: Jayesh Electricals, a contractor of SMC South ZONE, Surat Duration: 2 months Scope of Work: Survey work and carry out system up gradation for power saving purpose and maintenance of street light and Light Masts 3. 18th Oct 2002 to 30th May 2004 as Maintenance Engineer At: Ruby Macons Ltd. GIDC, Vapi Duration: 1 year 7 months Scope of Work: Company is a large producer of Craft Paper for packaging (40,000 tons/anum) of various qualities. Here I have to look after Power Control Panels, Motor Control panels of various Capacity and Maintenance of Motors and Transformer. Work of Maintenance and Trouble shooting in A/c Variable Drives (ABB ACS) DC Variable drives (Control Technique/ABB-DCS). I also look after 1.2 MW-415 V-50 Hz Steam Turbine Generator (Back Pressure Turbine), 2500 KW-415 V-50 vHz Diesel Generator and we have to regularly maintain them and trouble shooting for Synchronising panel, AVR and control panels. I also worked On Project (Planning/Erection/Commissioning) of a new Furnace Oil Based Generator (HYUNDAI) of 1.7 MW-415 V-50 Hz and its PCC and Synchronizing Panel maintenance there after. More Over this I also looked after TATA-Honeywell Measure System (Quality Control System). Here I also worked with PLC for pneumatic valves on Paper Machine. 2 of 6

Here I have also learned Men-Power management, Cost cutting management maintaining Quality and reducing down times for maintenance work.

4. 2nd June 2004 to 27th July 2008 as Junior Engineer (TMS)- PGVCL At: Paschim Gujarat Vij Co. Ltd. (Div Office Una - Junagadh) Duration: 4 years 1 month Scope of Work: Transformer maintenance work and Physical, Internal Inspection and Testing of transformer. Here my duties are of maintenance of transformers (More then 2900), and fail transformer replacement work. I have to carry out Physical & Internal Inspection and Testing of transformer at various repairing agencies and also look for Inspection along with Executive engineer. Here we have to maintain the records of various agencies and to maintain the records of each and every transformer of our division. More over this I also do the Installation Checking work in Agriculture, Residential, Commercial and Industrial connection. I also have to do activities of Meter Testing Laboratory and Remote metering system of L&T and SEMS. 5. 27th July 2008 to 29th Dec 2009 as Junior Engineer (Shift In charge)- PGVCL At: Paschim Gujarat Vij Co. Ltd. (Load Management Unit of PGVCL at 400 KVALDC- Jetpur) Duration: 1 year 5 months Scope of Work: Load Management- Forecasting and Scheduling Work of Saurastra Kuchchh Region of PGVCL. Here we do work of Real Time System Monitoring of Western Region (area under WRLDC) on SCADA system. Here I am working in shift duty for Management of Power Position in Saurastra and Kachchh region. Here we do activities Power Forecasting and Power Scheduling and Power Purchasing work for PGVCL and manage Drawl depending on Frequency. We process out Schedules/ Whiling of various Privet Captive and Motive Power Generating units under Saurastra- Kuchchh region. Here we have to work on scheduling based on UI rate. Here I cleared Professional exam of PGVCL regarding Electricity act2003, AMR, E-urja with Distinction.

Scope of Work: Here I have to Work for Releasing HT Connections as per GERC norms and related work of HT connections. Here I also have to work for AMR (Automatic Meter Reading) and Remote metering system of SEMS and L&T meters. Work related to Agriculture connection as per Govt. of Gujarat guidelines. To monitor HT/ LT network developing and strengthening and maintenance work of the same, for area under Mahuva Division(Including Coastal Area Development Scheme). To Develop and Future Planning of 66 KV Sub stations to over come the Demand Growth of the area under control To maintain 66 KV S/s including 11 KV panels of feeders supplying the area. To Execute and monitor work of HVDS scheme for Ag feeders as well as in Mahuva City area. I also have to get executed works involving T&D and AT&C loss reduction activities. I have to work and monitor on e-urja modules designed for PGVCL by TCS. I look after work of Divisional Stores and Vendor Management Including Material purchase and Line Maintenance contracts. Man Power Management of Three Junior Engineers, Five Sub division officers and Store Officer including Seven store Junior Assistants and subordinates.

Plan and sequence the activities related to Erection, Operation, and Maintenance & Testing of various electrical network equipments. Preventive, Corrective & Routine maintenance of LV Lines & Sub-Stations. Here I have to look after HT network upgradation work and to curtail Technical Line losses along with maintaining high standards for power Reliability. Planning of HT cabling work to reduce existing Overhead network with best of network schemes to provide reliable Power supply to our customers. Also manage vendors and line contractors and to look after new line execution work. Taking care of Admin and Operations of 4 nos of Switching stations, and switching operations with 4 nos of 220/22 KV S/s. Planning of Capacitor bank, Reactors and its commissioning.
