Training Methodology:

Our training methodology is based on the "high impact participant centered model" which focuses on 'experiential learning' rather than didactic lectures; thereby, enabling maximum opportunity to learn and practice the newly acquired skills. A variety of personally relevant and interactive exercises will be utilized to convey the learning. Activities such as games, simulations, role plays, individual presentations, focus group discussions & some written exercises will form the basis of the training sessions. The sessions will be completely participant centered enabling maximum opportunity to learn and practice the new skills.

About the trainer: Ms Soni Sharma

Soni sharma is an expert trainer of languages and communication. She delivered and conducted multiple management and executive development programme on communication and foreign languages in many reputed organisations like INDIAN POSTAL STAFF, SAMTEL COLOR LTD., SRIRAM PISTON, ORIFLAME and SUMMI MOTHERSON. She also organised many successful development programme for faculty and students of many reputed management institutes like INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES AND SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY and GALGOTIA UNIVERSITY. She was sponsored for a teacher training programme by GOETHE INSTITUT BERLIN in Germany. She has authored four books in French and German. She is on board of examination committee of foreign languages in CBSE. She holds master degree in three languages (MA (French) MA (German) and MA (ENG.) from University of Delhi and Jamia Milia Islamia.
