RABA D10 Engine Series Modern emission technologies in combination with low raw emissions guarantee sustainable low costs on latest environmental standards. D10 engines are efficient, easy to maintain and very robust state-of-the art diesel engines.
Main Applications D10 engines are mainly used in buses (horizontal and vertical engines), trucks & special vehicles, tractors, construction machinery, agricultural devices, military applications, railway, diesel multiple units for urban and suburban transportation, ships, gensets, co- and trigeneration and other energetic centers. Features and Benefits Outstanding performance ratios: power torque fuel Proven robustness and performance stability RABA engines are maintenance friendly and are easy and cheap to repair All engines are available horizontal and vertical High quality standard guarantees efficiency and reliability over extended lifespan Constant performance has been tested under various extreme climate conditions such as m onsoon, high altitude, desert, heat / cold Under critical environmental conditions and in regions with limited infrastructure RABA D10 engines are the most reliable modern heavy duty diesel engines

D10 Diesel Engine Series RABA D10 engines are the only series engines worldwide certified on Euro III level with mechanical injection system and without any additional aggregates. Extensive investment in the mechanical development of engines result in low raw emission level and reduce costs. D10 engines are extremely robust and are easy and cheap to maintain. Therefore they are ideal for off-road and military applications or in an environment with critical climate conditions, poor fuel quality or limited infrastructure. On Euro IV level and above D10 diesel engines are offered with common rail and EGR or SCR systems depending on customers needs and application. All D10 engines are available horizontal and vertical and offer an excellent performance fuel efficiency equilibrium for various applications. Warranty, After Market Services The warranty period of RABA D10 engines is 2 years. Maintenance services are performed through local partners supported by well-experienced RABA engineering teams. Engine spare parts are available worldwide through authorized local dealers in all RABA markets. We also offer application development support to clients in order to improve efficiency of their applications and to assure tailor-made solutions.
RABA Energy Centers (REC) D10 engines are also applied for energy centers with an electrical power output between 140 and 220 kVA and thermal output of 150 to 260 kWth. The electric efficiency is up to 38 % and CHP total efficiency up to 87 %. REC are preferably used as constant power generators, especially with combined thermal energy production. REC are reasonably applied under circumstances where electric and heating / cooling energy are needed and decentralization of energy supply is requested (e.g. district heating, energy supply for public facilities, baths, hotels, schools). REC can be operated either as a single unit or in a network or both solutions combined. Direct heating energy is produced by recycling heat from the cooling system of the engine (CHP) and in a second cycle the hot water supplies the heat demand for absorption cooling (CCHP).
