Thumb Return 19 thumb sts to needle, pick up and k1 st from edge of hand20 sts for thumb. Work in 2x3 Rib as established for 10 rounds. Bind off. LEFT WRISTER Cast on 50 sts. Place marker for beginning of round. Work in rounds. Beginning with a purl round, work in Garter st worked in rounds for 4 rounds. Begin Rib Pattern Next Round: Beginning with Round 1 of patterns, work 2x3 Rib over first 25 sts, place marker (to separate patterns), work Lace Rib over last 25 sts. Continue in patterns as established, working 2x3 Rib over first 25 sts and Lace Rib over last 25 sts of each round and slipping markers as you come to them, until piece measures 3 from beginning.
