SUPERIOR COURT OF ARIZONA MARICOPA COUNTY CV 2013-008731 06/18/2013

Paul A. Martinez is sworn and testifies. The witness is excused. Maria Salazar is sworn and testifies. The witness is excused. Oral argument is presented. For the reasons stated on the record, The Court finds as a matter of fact that there were irregularities at the State Convention regarding the seating of delegates and the credentialing of delegates and local counsel. The Court further finds that those irregularities do not effect the credentialing of those delegates at the National Convention. Therefore, The Court finds that there is no strong likelihood of success on the merits on that issue. The Court strongly urges the National counsel and legal counsel to reconsider the credentialing of these delegates at the National Convention. IT IS ORDERED denying Plaintiffs Application for a Temporary Restraining Order as to the credentialing issue only. The other issues contained in Plaintiffs Complaint remain open. The Court retains jurisdiction regarding this matter, including National Convention irregularities concerning the Plaintiffs. 9:39 a.m. Matter concludes. ALERT: The Arizona Supreme Court Administrative Order 2011-140 directs the Clerk's Office not to accept paper filings from attorneys in civil cases. Civil cases must still be initiated on paper; however, subsequent documents must be eFiled through AZTurboCourt unless an exception defined in the Administrative Order applies. Docket Code 005
