APPLICABILITY This schedule is available on a year-to-year basis, for electric service to all irrigation customers for the purpose of electrical use during off-peak periods, shoulderperiods, and on-peak periods. Customers shall agree to allow to interrupt service during any on-peak period with a two ( 2 ) hour notice. TERRITORY Companys Assigned Service Area. ( continued ) OTHER PROVISIONS Service will be furnished under the Companys General Terms and Conditions and the following provisions: 1. Off-peak periods will be designated by the Company in accordance with circumstance which may change from time to time. Hours of off-peak availability shall be a minimum of 10 hours during any 24 hour period. 2. Individual motors having a rating in excess of 5 horsepower must be three phase. 3. The energy charge will be billed monthly based on consumption. Demand charges, if applicable, will be billed in the month that billable demand units are established. 4. An interruptible facility must carry out the concept of avoiding on-peak power and energy consumption. Dual installations (i.e. two pieces of equipment performing identical functions, one during normal operating periods and one during periods for which an interruption notice has been given ) do not qualify for this rate.
